The low hits

Although I am beginning to feel low I have been sticking to small achievable goals I have been setting myself.

Tomorrow’s goals hoover bedroom post a blog . Do a Facebook reel and copy some in marketing notebook . Anything else is a bonus

Setting Small achievable goals really helps you deal with lethargy spiral and lack of motivation. The lack of productivity due to these can result in a lack of self confidence and self esteem

Thus is especially true if you suffer longer periods of depression.  It also helps you recover quicker from low and feel a bit better during low

Don’t forget to try and build in at least one activity that you uses to find pleasurable as we often don’t when low u may have the capacity to enjoy it more than u think and can distract you form how you feel
