My life,coping with low mood

Been gradually getting low since beginning of last weekend. Since Tuesday felt very low. So bear with me moon children, it doesn’t last and will be back to regular posting soon

Today put CBT into action to help me over tiredness, lack of motivation and lethargy. Break the cycle by changing my behaviour ie set myself small tasks and try to be more active. To improve self esteem and feel more positive about myself. Which will impove my mood intervening on behavioral level. Helps break the negative interaction between thoughts, feelings and behaviour. Especially if you get a lot of physical symptoms.

A very important aspect of coping with your low mood is having short term and or long term goals and immediate and future plans. It helps you think more positively about the future. This can really help negative thinking and help get you through even if you have to pause
