Hi moon children not been posting as much as i normally do not been well. My moods are definitely swinging and started rapid cycling.
Had most horrible anxiety in supermarket today, felt a bit better when got back to my safe place my room. This week try and prepare my next two blogs on self harm. Then will do as much as im doing on self harm
Once prepared blogs hopefully publisb them this week. Bear with me, using a lot of CBT techniques, relaxation, mediation and deep breathing exercises to he help get me through. Im always very mindful always had this approach to life, even before it became the latest trend
